Antennas extend to about 20 inches.

The antennas are complete - one is bent a little in last section. In the battery chamber, someone installed some 9 volt jacks so you can just use a transistor radio - but I never tried them. I opened one up and it has a crystal for around 137 mhz if remember correctly.

These may work and then again, they not.
