Bendix uhf 450 - 470mhz keypad programmable radio I think it's a EU model with the metal case Keypad cover 6. Also with the right tool it Can be programmed via the keypad.

9 AA cell battery pack takes regular batteries so charger not needed 4. Bendix speaker mic I never used.
