It has been powered on using a battery from different radio and the lights speaker work. This does not come with a charger. The history of this radio is unknown. The antenna has a small chip out of its insulation, but is otherwise in usable condition.

When I purchased it, did not realize that it was within the frequency range am using. The radio is in good condition with some minor visible scratches. This radio has no battery.
