I have not tested it for transmit. Power cord is taped up, but works. Keypad is intact. 16 channels, it is field programmable, but a plug needed which not included and I do have.

It powers on, and static is heard through the speaker. Radio is old, and beat up. There are cracks around face plate, as shown. I have no way to program it or test further.

Same with mic connector. Included is radio, dc power cord, and microphone.

Nothing else. Knobs are tight and rotate freely. This a used Wilson WH2516 radio.
