A few weeks ago one guy wanted to ship back a used product because it had some scratches on it even after he read all about it and the scratches. 95 legal stuff: normal wear scratches. I think he really got in trouble at home with the Mrs. Got a Vertex VX-160 uhf 16 Chan.

So I don't want to hear any sniveling, if you don't want it or have any doubts just keep walking. Portable radio. Includes: 16 Chan radio, battery, belt clip, charger and police surveillance mic. Powers up and shows a red light when you squeeze the side Pitt button and led is operational.

If you don't like it then I think you had better cal. Don't want to hear no sniveling for a radio starting at $59. Not tested for frequency accuracy, modulation etc.

Radio does power up, radio and accessories untested. 95 that's right, $59.
