Programming included if frequencies provided. I am selling a Vertex standard VX-231U had this radio programmed and it was use for one day and switch over to digital and don't really need it anymore.

Comes with desk top charger power cord belt clip antenna and battery has a date 05-11 engraved on it but I can't give you exact battery condition. Radio is sold as is.

The FCC says that all commercial radios must be narrow band 12. Radio is in great condition and guaranteed fully operational. That's the deadline.
