The batteries on these hold a charge but I would recommend replacing them, these radios all have been tested and work great. The charger works good as well.

Sorry but it has been nothing but scams & trouble. Lot a I only ship to the 48 states. These have Mir's and marine talk around channels on zone 1, weather channels on zone 2.
