It is field programmable, but might PC program with kenwood software. I have never tried it, but it looks just like a TK-860.

I am also including a copy of the manual. For sale is a great working weierwei VEV-868 uhf Mobile radio. It comes with the datum mic, which works but has a hit-or-miss Pitt key, and a non datum mic that works great.
