Your buying on a Vertex high band radio it's what I used to have in my fly car for reaching all the hospitals of course you can program it however you want simply by plugging in an Ethernet cable to a laptop it's a bit dusty but in good working order I hooked it to a power source so you can see everything works just fine I have the power cord and antenna that I will include no reserve posted with mobile.
