The high capacity 3000mah battery is included as well. The radio only has minor wear on the keys. The board is capable of monitoring any vhf frequency. This radio does 400-470 only.

Posted with for iPad. It has the vhf sub receive board, this allows you to program vhf frequencies onto the radio to listen only. The radio also includes the med-200 board which encodes and decodes DC-1200. Radio performs 100% just selling it because I no longer have a use for it.
