It is clean, it has been power up and the program software was read. I am not sure about digital: there are no manuals for it, this unit was used for testing repeater controller. High end 470 - 494 mhz. Was advise it will go p-25.

Uhf-r3 470-494 station type analog / digital. Not sure about. This repeater is able to go narrow band.
