Picked these up from a ham fest years back always use to find the coolest stuff. I am not a pro on these just passing info from what remember.

Selling off the cool stuff as I am done with hobby.

Switch between two loaded keys for secure, or turn off regular communication.

Internal batteries where replaced at one time.

Motorola secure phone communications setup. I was told these where referred to as regan boxes back from the early 80s when in office.

Included keys to lock boxes and turn on secure option. Loaded them up with a des-xl test key and had hooked to two different phone lines in the house conversation myself lights functioned when talk listen. Supposedly the predecessor to fancy newer that have phone and controls all in one.

Extra third unit included for parts repair sold as is use fun or test purposes. Units worked 15 years back but no way to test now. Plugs into any phone line and regular jack telephone a real phone, not cell.

This is supposed to be fun and at the very least, trouble free. Everything is described best as possible. Two of these do work. There are secure substrates installed.
