Unknown what condition either battery is in. Radio comes with 2 batteries and a Motorola rapid charger.

Radio has been programmed and works great. It's an overall good condition. Any questions, feel free to ask.

There are some minor scuff marks near the display and buttons see pictures. I bought the charger off a few months back and it does have some paint speckles on top of the charger but doesn't effect the charger at all. I'm selling my STX821 800 mhz radio. One battery was recently purchased on.
