Radios:the top of the h99qx has the word secure net - the other radio does not.

1 through 12 on one radio displays the same words/numbers as the other radio. Each radio has two knobs - an on/off/volume knob the other is a channel selector and has 12 channels. The exterior of each radio is in very good condition - very little visible evidence of use.

But this is my best effort at describing the radios. The front of each radio has 3 push buttons marked menu select enter and I imagine these are for programming and maintenance. Both radios are programmed identically.
