Listed as not working or for parts. It comes with the radio, antenna, belt clip and a non functional Ni cad battery that could most likely be rebuilt. Batteries and chargers are readily available right here on.

I did not have the capability to test it, although so far the other radios in this batch of used ones have been functional some uglier than others, but all functional. We did not try to transmit as the battery was nearly dead. Programming is done by removing the case cover and flipping a program switch, then flipping the switch back and reassembling.
The FCC id number database at FCC. Uhf portable made by Relm regency electronics land mobile. This radio did power up and the display appeared correct when I borrowed an old battery from a fellow tech, and it did receive a uhf signal.
Gov will list its' frequency range and output, but it's probably MHz and 4 watts .
