Very nice vintage Ge model 3-5976 portable 4 1/2 watt 3 channel transceiver cb radio. Special features include ; separate speaker and condenser microphone, squelch, and it comes with a headphone, carrying strap, a belt clip on the back, and the owners manual. The transceiver was used very little and always stored in the box when not in use.

The controls, volume, squelch, channel select, and push to talk switch all work fine, and the loaded whip antenna works smoothly. No problems wear. The Ge 3-5976 is a three channel crystal controlled 4 1/2 watt transceiver.

Selling for 85 year old fisherman friend that took great care of his equipment. C-9 is the emergency channel and was not tested. Tests were performed on channels a-14 and b-13 and both channels transmitted and received and sounded great. The transceiver is in excellent physical condition with no chips or cracks.
