It has been tested and is guaranteed. The other one was stored with batteries inside and they batteries corroded.
They will arrive exactly as they are pictured. I sprayed a little wd40 on contacts and tried it with batteries but it did not work although it did work with my universal dc supply no included.
One of them is in good used condition. The contacts are green and the dummy batteries inside were damaged.
