These all power on they have some scratches on them 4 of them are missing the remote speaker/microphone cover & the belt clip on back of the battery the antenna covers are cracked only 4 of the batteries took a charge, and I doubt they hold a charge for any significant period of time although 4 of the batteries took a charge, we did not test them for longevity.
