Details:

All the radios talk to each other on channel 1& 2 and they have some scratches and lettering but it does not affect it in any manner. The batteries were not check since I dont have a charger for them so I only got to check that the radios powers on and they talk to each other. The model # P43QLC20A2AA this are 2 channel radios but one of them has a label with 6 channels on top and scans when turned to channel 6 so I don't know if it was modified.
