I have a Motorola P-1225 uhf 450-470 but will do ham band and grams with no problems 16 channel and will scan, battery seems to be good but not sure. I have used the radio a couple of times and the battery has held up.

Comes with charger,antenna and battery and ribless programming cable not shown.
