I don't have a picture of the antenna but it does come with. Its brand new I only had it hooked to the truck about a week. Its a very good radio. I bought it to communicate with local hunters clubs but they don't use GMRS.

Got the wrong type of radio. Comes with the speaker, rooftop antenna and radio.
