Unit comes with an antenna, battery, clip but no charger. Programming not offered. As with all electronics, sold as is but will not be DOA.

They come on and work on simplex. I have two of these in good shape. *****the screen looks like it's cracked but they're not.

There are a few scratches on the lenses but the LCD is fine. Probably a 7-8 on a 10 scale.
