Details:

There is one piece of plastic, a cup, that sits in the charging unit that is missing. I used a bit of cardboard to keep the handset in place while it was charging. Bought this a couple of years ago for my father to use when he went walking on his own as we didn't have mobile coverage.

It's sat in the drawer for the majority of the time, hence selling it. There are two belt clips, and I imagine that the batteries would need replacing. We found it easy to use, though it's not actually had a lot of use.
