The fourth one which has a 3 on the top of it transmits but doesn't seem to receive any words or signals. I tested each one. Batteries not included. I will bid knowing you are getting 3 working radios and a possible bonus 4th one.

The batteries were left in them and leaked some so maybe it just needs a good cleaning of the 4 are in good working condition.
