The factory box is included however that does show minor wear and tear plus on one side there are two black sharpie marks -- one large, one small. The battery holds a full charge and the exterior is in excellent condition on the inside metal part of the battery holder on the back of the handset there is a small black rectangle from a highlighter. Also, on the inside of the battery pack there are 4 small/barely visible numbers 07-07 carved into it but neither the rectangle or numbers can be seen from the outside when attached.

Has been programmed on one channel -- the rest of the channels are un programmed. The radio is barely used and in near mint condition.
