I do not have the software. The lot comes with 5 chargers and there is 1 lapel mic. I do not know the technical details on these radios, other than they are 4-channel vhf. They can be purchased online for approximately $30/each.

There are no batteries with the radios. The programming cable is also included. They each have four channels. There radios were working well when taken out of service.
