Cobra-looks great, powers on, indicates it will TX on display, makes no static or speaker noise, other Radios did not indicate the signal, no Rx from other Radio uniden-dirty, seems to work fine sounds good seems to Rx TX up, seems to TX OK but did not hear sound from speaker shipping 14.
