I purchased this unit in mint condition from a wholesale company that legitimately obtained the radio from target corp. So it has the words property of target AP engraved on the antenna, but this is very subtle see photo and can be covered with a piece of tape if desired. Radio is pre-programmed for both frs & gmrs* frequencies.

I have confirmed that this radio is FCC part 90 & 95 certified so this is a legitimate modification. Cosmetically in near new condition. Offer includes: radio, belt clip, rechargeable Ni-mh battery, and owner's manual.

Other than the label markings, it is physically identical to a TK-3131. Guaranteed not DOA.

Has switchable 500mw / 1 watt power output and can be used with a repeater.
