I can program if needed. This would be a great radio for volunteer fire or ems personnel. It has great loud sound and transmits very clear. This is a used Icom F3GS handheld radio for vhf band.

Other than minor scratches the radio is in great condition. Posted with mobile. I bought a brand new 12 hour battery for it and will also include the programming cable.
