It did have a few railroad frequencies and even Amtrak freq. It does have engravings on the unit on top. . Does come with the mic and mounting bracket only, the meter and power supply and whatever else you see in the picture is not included.
When you first power it on it comes up and says NS railway. The radio just has a couple of minor dings on the back end of the radio and the p4 button is slightly worn.
