Comes with exactly what is shown in the photos, including radio, antenna, and a new aftermarket battery. I bought and programmed this and several other radios to do some repeater testing it has been stored in a Pelican case since then. Not refurbished, abused, or dressed up with a new case to look deceptively good. The F3230D is designed to be clear and effective for any task at hand. There are some scratches on the inside, under serial number tag see photo, which a mystery to me because it has not been exposed for any significant period of time.

Radio looks new and works well.
