Both radios appear to have been dropped, as the on/off/volume and channel selector switches wobble back forth, require perfect knob placement/pressure get them power on. Both radios were able to be powered on. The other radio could not be read. The radios were not opened to diagnose them any further.

It could be a simple board fix or the completely broken. Do not purchase these, expecting them to work. No further testing was done. One radio was successfully read/programmed.

Both radios LCD displays functioned properly when power was applied. Both required the power knob to be manipulated in order on. You are buying two Icom IC-70DS VHF 136-174 MHz portable radios for parts as they non-working.
