I assume it was set up for unity gain from antenna feed point to receiver front ends. See the photos, preamp filter is tuned to a portion of uhf band around MHz. I base this on the following: 25 db of gain minus 12db pads, 7db splutter loss and an estimated 6db pre filter duplexes loss, arrive at unity. There is one 7db and 5db pad on the output of preamp.

Contained here is a receive pre-filter, pre amplifier, four way splutter, attenuate pads and power supply. I know the connectors looked tarnished, but on inside, they are clean.

This device was part of a three channel uhf analog trucked radio site. The duplexes is to be sold in a separate offer. It has been sitting in a rack lab for many years over ten at least. This product has never actually been deployed at a tower site, it was part of the three channel system used for lab testing, transmitters ran 100 watts and antenna fed thru 30db, 400 watt attenuate.
