Standard communications uhf HX-240u portable: 5/2 watt switchable, scan, 16 channel w pl this unit can be top panel programmed ,the antenna looks new, it has a belt clip, as soon I received the radio, turned on, and started to go through channels battery died, display in nice clear, don't have right charger, radio seems work fine, but no further testing was done. Note-i just found the nice Standard rapid charger for this radio in another box, I will include.
