Frequency range: 136-174 mhz the unit powers on properly, it seems to already have some programming in it, although I don't know what channels/frequencies are currently stored on the unit. The knobs turn smoothly and properly. Audio works properly, all connectors in great shape, and the display is in perfect shape with no missing elements. The antenna is straight.
