Knobs on radio seem to turn as they should. Otherwise there may be an issue with either the radio, charger, power adapter or some combination of these. Model of charger is HTN9046A. The adapter is model 6-375, 18v, 1.

Not sure if the charger isn't correct. Includes antenna but no clip on the radio. For sale is a Motorola radius p10 radio. I couldn't get the radio to charge in charger.

Model of radio is H23KNB1110AN. Units appear in fine cosmetic condition, just so light wear-marks scratches. Everything is untested. Comes as pictured with charger.
