Comes with two base helmet mount units. One helmet mount is broken see pics one set up is for full face, the other for open face. Sold the bikes and no longer needed.

There is a charger for each unit, and one extension cord. Posted with mobile. System was over 500 new for both.

Used Chatterbox system. Approx 5 years old. They are $20 for a replacement.

But they do come with a handle bar mount push to talk button. Actually recommended for cold weather riding.

The open face can be used for full face helmet. There is one in the unit and a spare for each unit 4 total.
