This would be a perfect protect for the right person that knows these radios. Still not TX/Rx. Radio was put away in it's box after it was retuned 150-190/450-490 back in 1990.

Radio comes with desk charger/adapter see pics. Battery seems to hold decent charge. I recently took it out charged it and is not TX/Rx, replaced the memory battery.
