I have done no further tests and I can not perform any tests, because I am no license holder. To prevent you from loosing money, I offer. I am vintage calculator and computer collector and I have no knowledge on radio trans-receivers and I do not hold a license to operate them therefore I have neither the right nor knowledge to test these equipment. I hooked the battery and turned them on without the antenna and without using any functions or buttons.

They both turned on. I assume the factory charged battery still holds some charge I do not have the charger. However, given the fact that they are new in box, and they come from a respectable brand, I expect that they are in good working order.
