It may still charge. I would say the battery is gonna have to be replaced on it. Last time I hooked this radio up, which was about two years ago, it does power up and work. There is a button for the lamp.
Its missing. It has been in storage ever since the battery was better shape. It looks like its a button that goes there but not. It must ve fell off it sometime after I put in storage, but yeah that's what that is.
It worse is gonna need to be cleaned. I m noticing that I totally forgot there is a side piece that's missing. Who knows or would ve gone on it. I haven tested it.
I ll put a picture so you can see also on top of the radio. Its on the right side of radio. Its a side cover that's missing on the right of radio comes with shack can't handle microphone charger no antenna what it is so I do know good, but if you ve got some extra parts laying around to take care little small minor issues there you go yourself another.
The button is there. Its just a cover for something an optional piece at one time might ve gone on it.
