It comes with the main unit, control head, speaker, connecting cable and mic. The screen is bright but the plastic does have a few blemishes. It is mid power, about 75 watts on my meter. The main power cable, standard spectra is also not included.
This is a nice astro spectra, capable of p-25 or analog operation in the 146-174 MHz range. But you can find one on. The unit will also come with the bracket for the main unit and the speaker.
The mic has a small chip on the side, visible in the picture. To program it, not included. If you're buying this you probably already have a power cable though, right. Note: this unit requires cps 5. It does not have the control head bracket, sorry.
