It appears to have never used, very clean, inside and out, with no damage, or signs of use. Re are 3 PVC battery sleeves in excellent clean condition, each one holds 4 batteries. 99-32096L, runs on 12 AA transistor batteries, not included. This it is in almost new conditions it has all the manuals and appear work that came with it.
