I'll bet you'll use it for. Can't find the actual charger, sorry about that. Here is what looks like a new Midland model 70-263T uhf handheld radio, 450-494 MHz, with dtmf keypad.

A very impressive radio here folks. Comes with a Midland 70-m245 mic and a Midland battery charger ac cord, acct 1411. It is narrow band to broad band, and ctcss + dcs. No guarantee that the battery is good but it should be or that it is the right ac cord for the battery, but the radio itself is guaranteed.

It is 4 watt/1 watt. Should not effect anything. It does not look like it was even used, but there is a small crack in the housing at the top.
