Being all that above information listed I'm selling these as for parts/as is. See video of my transmitting to each radio on the talk around channel. Other 2 channels are looking for some sort of repeater access or something. Batteries I have zero idea how much life is Left charged these on a universal charger to get some juice in them for testing purposes.

Buttons all seemingly work I can scan and change power from high to lower. The volume dial can be a bit scratchy when turning it. Radios have wear/dirt/marks on them. What you see is what u get as.

I do not have software/cables to program these radios. These radios are previously programmed from whatever use or environment they were last used in. Was able to test these on whatever TALK AROUND - T/A channel was programmed radios.
