Some people said that some of the Motorola Radios I sold were locked and have they are unlocked. I brought this at a county offer that was selling off the entire radio system and upgrading to newer one. As always they are being sold as is in condition. I'm selling this EF JOHNSON ES RADIO 700/800 MHz w/CHARGER, MIC, TWO BATTERIES ANTENNA that powers on just fine and comes with a charger tested my self, throwing in mic untested two batteries an antenna.
I'm not a radio programmer and know nothing about programming so I can program radios or tell your if is locked. And if they can't, then more likely don't know what there doing because I have had several people telling me were able to get them programmed.
